BALLET PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP – R1680.00
SCROLL DOWN FOR COURSE DATES & TO BOOK
As photographers we all want to capture this graceful art form in all its beauty, however gaining access to a ballet performance or the individual dancers is not easy. We are therefore proud to have arranged with Joburg Ballet to have exclusive photographic access to two of the company’s principal dancers.
The workshop will lend itself to portrait and action photography, using professional lighting set-ups. Participants will be able to photograph the dancers against varied backgrounds, using studio lighting to freeze the dancers mid-air (amongst other techniques) as well as natural light flowing in from the floor to ceiling glass wall of the majestic dance studios.
This workshop is designed to allow each participant to obtain unique, high quality images. To achieve this, the number of participants must be strictly limited.
We look forward to you joining us for this rare opportunity to capture some incredible images of the most gracious of all art forms. A CODP lecturer will be on hand to assist you with any queries you might have.
